Morgan Chase Catering provided long-term catering services for oil and industrial clientele in North Dakota. 

The project lasted three and a half years. And at one point, The man camp was the largest man camp in the continental United States - Housing over. 2,200 people. 

That generally meant our kitchens were providing 5,000 meals - Every day.
