In 2021, Morgan Chase Catering provided 2500 meals per day to a tree trimming company for Hurricane Ida. The hot breakfast included a sack lunch which every trimmer took to eat in the field. We also provided ice and Gatorade support. When we first arrived, we had to drive over 1 hour each way to pick up food to provide the meals for the client. The catering service was provided for four weeks.

In 2017 Morgan Chase Catering was busy providing catering and services to responders in hurricane Harvey. Then hurricane Maria hit later that same year. 

Morgan Chase Catering has partnered with the Texas National Guard to provide Catering services and general food services for their camps in the south Texas border region. 

Morgan Chase Catering got the call for help from Early Responder Teams (Law Enforcement and Military) on a Friday and was able to serve food the following Monday morning. 

Morgan Chase Catering provided long-term catering services for oil and industrial clientele in North Dakota. The project lasted three and a half years. And at one point, The man camp was the largest man camp in the continental United States - Housing over. 2,200 people. 

Remote site catering is beneficial for construction managers and production managers. Our customers in this space have worked in construction projects like mining decommission, long-term industrial projects, environmental reclamation, and oil refinery work.
